Our Job Readiness Program immerses students in a Practice Enterprise, where they work as employees across all departments, including administration, marketing, finance, and human resources. This hands-on experience helps students get accustomed to the dynamics of a real working environment, equipping them with essential skills and a strong work ethic, ensuring they are well-prepared for future career success.

Startup Experience
Our Startup Experience Program allows students to create a virtual enterprise and assume leading roles, learning the key steps to launch and operate their own business. Through this hands-on experience, students develop critical entrepreneurial skills, from business planning and marketing to finance and leadership, preparing them to succeed in the world of startups.

Training of Trainers
Our Training of Trainers Program is designed for teachers and professors who wish to create and manage an official Practice Enterprise registered under PEN Worldwide. Participants will learn how to operate a Practice Enterprise, gain essential facilitation skills, and understand how to effectively guide students through the process, ensuring a successful and impactful learning experience.

VEP is a Practice Enterprise-based, internationally recognized after-school program and one of the best pathways to higher education and career readiness. It offers students the chance to grow alongside peers from around the world, building valuable skills and enhancing their competitiveness for college admissions.
The PE program is used by educational institutions globally, including the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and has been recognized as the top practical program in entrepreneurship within the EU.
