Practical Business and Entrepreneurship Training Tailored to the Needs of Tomorrow

PEN Worldwide supports education and training organisations to deliver work-based training in business and entrepreneurship skills using the unique Practice Enterprise ‘learning-by-doing’ methodology. The Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network empowers trainees through work-based skill and competency training tailored to the needs of tomorrow. 

PEN Worldwide is the Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network, consisting of over 7,000 Practice Enterprises in more than 40 countries.

The network is coordinated by the non-profit association PEN Worldwide. Its administrative and technical team is based in Germany and manages the Coordination Center, which acts as the international office of the worldwide network. The Coordination Center ensures the promotion and support of the Practice Enterprise concept globally.

The Coordination Center supports the commercial activities of Practice Enterprises, organizes international events and competitions, and administers the association. It also partners in projects that enhance work-based skill and competency development, trainers' training, and network growth and development.
