Successful Launch of Hybrid Internship 2024 with Indonesian Students

We are thrilled to announce that the “HI-IDN 2024: Digital Competency-Based Work Experience Practice Enterprise (PE) Program" was successfully launched today, August 5th, at Politeknik STTT Bandung in Indonesia.

This innovative program brings together 40 talented students with the goal of enhancing their digital skills and job readiness  through practical and immersive work experience. These students will have the opportunity to acquire valuable skills and develop their expertise in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Highlighting the Hybrid Internship Concept

A key feature of this program is the hybrid internship model, which combines both virtual and in-person work experiences. This approach allows students to benefit from the flexibility and accessibility of online learning while still gaining hands-on experience in a real-world setting, incorporating task-based learning and curriculum integration. The opening day was a great success, filled with inspiring moments and interactive sessions. We began with an opening ceremony followed by motivating welcome speeches. The students then received a comprehensive orientation on the program and participated in a pre-self-assessment to identify their strengths and areas for improvement.

After a well-deserved lunch break, the day continued with in-depth digital tool training, essential for their future professional careers. The day concluded with a closing session, marking the beginning of this exciting journey!
