국제 실습기업네트워크(PEN) 기반 한국형 하이브리드 인턴십 프로그램이 인도네시아 반둥 STTT 폴리테크닉에서 첫 주를 성공적으로 마쳤습니다. 섬유패션을 전공하는 학생 20명을 대상으로 교직원 10명이 프로그램 지도와 운영에 참여하여 4주간(7.31~8.25) 디지털 역량 기반 하이브리드 실습기업(PE, Practice Enterprise) 시범사업을 진행했습니다. 이번 시범사업 운영을 지원하기 위해 본 연구과제 책임자인 한국직업능력연구원 전종호 박사와 코리아펜팀은 1주차와 4주차에 걸쳐 인도네시아 반둥을 직접 방문합니다. 이 프로젝트에는 인도네시아 산업통상부가 공동연구 정부부처로 참여했고, STTT 폴리테크닉이 1차 시범기관으로 참여했습니다. 첫 번째 프로그램임에도 불구하고 STTT 폴리테크닉 교수진의 준비와 열정, 그리고 학생들의 적극적인 참여 덕분에 프로젝트의 첫 주는 성공적으로 마무리되었습니다. 7월초 초청연수로 한국에 오신 두분의 교수님 뿐만 아니라 온라인으로 참가한 8명의 강사분들도 PE에 대한 깊은 이해와 교육역량을 보여주었으며, 이번 프로그램이 마무리 되었을때 학생들의 성장이 더욱 기대됩니다 A Korean-style hybrid internship program based on the PEN (Practice Enterprise Network) worldwide successfully completed its first week at STTT Polytechnic in Bandung, Indonesia. With the participation of 10 faculty members and 20 students majoring in textile and fashion, a digital competency-based hybrid practice enterprise (PE, Practice Enterprise) pilot program is conducted for 4 weeks (July 31 - August 25). To support the operation of the pilot project, Dr. Jong-ho Jeon from KRIVET (Korea Research Institute of Vocational Education and Training) and the Korea Pen team visit Bandung, Indonesia during the 1st and 4th weeks. In this project, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Indonesia participated as a government counterpart, while STTT Polytechnic acted as the first pilot institution. Despite being the inaugural program, the first week of the project was a success, thanks to the preparation and enthusiasm of the STTT Polytechnic faculty and the active participation of the students. Both the two professors who came to Korea for an invitational training in early July and the eight lecturers who participated online demonstrated a deep understanding of PE and displayed solid educational capabilities. As a result, students are expected to experience significant growth through this program.
