한국직업능력연구원이 2022년 한-인도네시아 산업혁신 연구협력사업 공동연구: 인도네시아 ICT 활용 실습기업 도입방안 보고서를 발간하였으며 본 과제에는 코리아펜에서도 공동연구자로 참여하였다. 4차 산업혁명으로 기업의 디지털 전환은 기업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 필수요소가 되면서 인도네시아 또한 4차 산업혁명을 통한 국가 경쟁력 제고를 위해 Making Indonesia 4.0(MI 4.0)계획을 수립하였다. MI 4.0의 지속적인 성과를 창출하기 위해서는 중점 산업분야 인력의 역량개발이 필수적이며, 이를 위해 직업교육훈련(VET)의 중요성이 강조되면서 이에 따라 직능원은 인도네시아에서 활용할 수 있는 채용과 창업을 모두 지원하는 디지털 역량(digital competency) 기반의 직무체험 실습기업(practical enterprise) 활용 방안을 연구결과로 제시하였다. 해당 연구를 기반으로 올해 7월부터 '인도네시아 ICT활용 실습기업' 시범사업을 위하여 1주간 지도자를 양성과정을 진행하고, 4주간 인도네시아 현지에서 프로그램을 (주)코리아펜과 함께 운영할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 2년간의 시범운영을 통하여 향후 인도네시아에서 자체적으로 '인도네시아 ICT활용 실습기업' 프로그램을 운영할 수 있는 역량을 갖추고 인력 양성에 힘쓸 예정이다. 전종호 박사는 '전 세계적으로 운영되고 있는 실습기업 네트워크(PEN Worldwide)의 일환으로 아시아 실습기업 네트워크(AsiaPEN)을 한국과 인도네시아가 주도하여 새롭게 구성 및 운영할 것을 제안하였으며 이를 통해 아시아 지역의 여러 국가에서 운영하는 실습기업 간의 국제교류 직무체험이 더 활성화될 것으로 기대된다'고 밝혔다 해당 보고서 다운로드 http://www.koreapen.org/nwebnics/wBoard/view.php?code=3_1&page=1&idx=157&keyword=&s_1=&s_2=&s_3=&secret_mode=0 After a joint research on industrial innovation cooperation, the Korea Research Institute of Vocational Education and Training (KRIVET) published the 2022 Korea-Indonesia Cooperation for Making Indonesia 4.0: Introduction of Indonesian ICT-based Practice Enterprises in Indonesia report. Currently, digital transformation has become an essential means for enterprises to enhance their business competitiveness. Governments are paying more attention to creating and promoting national-level policies that support corporate digital transformation. The Indonesian government also initiated the Making Indonesia 4.0 (MI 4.0) initiative to increase national competitiveness. To ensure the continuation of MI 4.0 outcomes, it is critical to human resource capacity building in key industry sectors. Great emphasis is placed on developing competencies at technical and vocational education and training institutions. Based on the research result, it was decided to develop a project to design a digital competency-based work experience Practice Enterprise training that aims to improve entrepreneurship skills and the employability of the future Indonesian workforce. Within the framework of this project, it planned to conduct a one-week training course for the program trainers of the Digital competency-based Practice Enterprise pilot project in July this year and run a four-week program for students in Indonesia together with KoreaPEN Co. Ltd. Aim of this two-year pilot is to develop the capacity of the Indonesian stakeholders to operate the Digital competency-based Practice Enterprise programs independently in the future to upskill their human resources. Dr. Jeon Jong-ho proposed establishing a South Korea and Indonesia-led Practice Enterprise Network in Asia (Asia PEN) as part of the PEN Worldwide network. “We anticipate stimulating work experience-based training international exchanges between Practice Enterprises in Asian countries.
