Hybrid Internship is a new concept of internship designed and operated by KoreaPEN in a situation where onsite internship and training is difficult due to the pandemic while adapting a global network of virtual companies in over 40 countries.

Following the success of HI-GPTP (Hybrid Internship Global Practical Training Program) 2021, we are pleased to announce that the hybrid internship program in 2022 is going to be operated on a larger scale sponsored by the Korean Ministry of Education, local governments, universities and secondary schools.

Currently, KoreaPEN is looking for mentor companies and business mentors to cooperate with our operation team to develop and co-organize the project.

What does it mean to be a mentor company or individual business mentor?

Mentorship Options

We offer different options for our mentorship based on your interests and availability as follows.

Business Mentor: Individual contributor who is interested in sharing her/his own knowledge with the young people and mentor them. Industry experts with more than 5 year experience are preferred.
Mentor Companies: A company from the real business world that provides advice and ideas to Practice Enterprise Trainers and Trainees. A Mentor Company gives insights about the processes and how a business is run. It can provide real-world products and services for sale within the virtual environment.
Diverse collaboration opportunities could be discussed further

하이브리드 인턴십은 2021년 코로나 시기에 100년 전통 40여개국 7천여 가상기업네트워크인 PEN이 결합하여 기획하고 운영한 신개념 직무체험 프로그램입니다.

하이브리드 인턴십은 2005년부터 시작된 교육부 사업인 글로벌현장학습(GPTP)의 한 획을 긋는 프로그램으로 인정받는 한편 시공을 초월하여 진행하는 획기적인 학습지향적 인턴십(Learning focused Internship)으로 한국만이 아니라 다른 나라에서도 주목받고 있습니다.

2022년에는 2021년의 성과와 성공에 이어, 교육부, 지방자치단체 및 대학사업과 결합하여 확장되어 진행될 예정이며 국경을 넘는 여행이 가능해짐에 따라 올해 프로그램은 해외 현지에서도 진행됩니다.

코리아펜은 하이브리드 인턴십 프로그램을 공동개발하는 한편 협력할 멘토 회사 및 비즈니스 멘토를 찾고 있습니다.

멘토기업 또는 개인 비즈니스 멘토가 된다는 것은 어떤 의미인가요?
