한국의 청년들이 독일 현지 인턴십과 취업 현장에 성공적으로 진입할 수 있도록 산업인력공단이 주최하고 코리아펜이 주관하는 “2017 독일 강소기업 해외 인턴 사전교육”을 시작한다. 청년들이 현지 독일에서 인턴십을 하게 될 주요 강소 기업이 파트너로 함께 참가하며, 이번 프로그램은 한국의 청년들이 독일 현지에서 취업 및 인턴십을 할 때 필요한 전반적인 비즈니스 매너를 익히고 직무과정을 직접 수행하면서 인턴 근무 시 필요한 기본적인 업무역량을 습득할 수 있도록 진행된다.

8월 21일부터 9월 1일까지 2주, 70시간으로 진행되는 이번 프로그램은 첫 주에 유럽국가들에서 인사경영관련 컨설팅을 오랜동안 진행한 클라우디아 폰즈 퍼실리테이터와 함께 독일 기업의 근무환경을 익히고 비즈니스 매너에 대한 실습을 한다. 독일기업의 인사 체계를 습득한 참가자는 스스로 인사팀의 임직원이 되어 리셉션 및 일반 인사관리 업무를 실습할 계획이다. 2주차에는 유럽, 아시아, 중동 등에서 마케팅, 영업 책임자로 활동한 프레데릭 웨버 한-스위스 상공회의소 사무 총장이 직접 퍼실리테이터로 참여하여 인턴십을 할 파트너 기업의 사업 아이템을 바탕으로 직접 기본적인 마케팅업무를 실습하게 된다. 더불어 주한유럽상공회의소 크리스토프 하이더 사무총장이 비즈니스 멘토로 참여하여 마케팅에 필요한 실질적인 조언을 해 줄 예정이다. 이러한 실습과정을 통해 독일 기업의 주요 비즈니스 모델과 고객을 이해하고, 전체적인 비즈니스 프로세스를 이해하여 인턴시 독일의 업무 환경에 효과적인 적응을 도울 예정이다.  

실습의 전 과정은 영어로 진행되며, 독일 현지에서 사용하는 비즈니스 독일어도 병행하면서 진행된다. 

The advanced education for overseas intern to Germany has started. Subjected by Korea Industrial Human Recourses Corporation and KoreaPEN, this education allows Korean youths to successfully enter the workplace and internship in Germany. German companies that employ them as an intern will participate as partner enterprise. This program allows trainees to attain information of the general task by conducting the task themselves.

From August 21st to September 1st, they are learning about the working environment and business manner of German enterprise with Claudia O. Tönz, who has gone over a lot of consulting with European Countries about HR management. On the first week, with the knowledge of personnel system of German companies, trainees will be performing as an executive of Human Resource Department, working on reception and general personnel management task. On the second week, with Frederic A. Weber, who used to work as a marketing/sales manager in Europe, Asia and Middle East, and currently working as a managing director of Swiss-Korean Business Council, taking part as a facilitator, they will conduct a basic marketing/sales task, based on the business item of the partner enterprise that they will work as an intern. Furthermore, Secretary General of the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea, Christophe Heider, participate as a business mentor to give practical advice. With this kind of practice course, trainees will understand the major business model and clients and the business process which will lead to an effective adaptation to the environment of German enterprise.
