2016년 9월, 상해에 위치한 일명 "Job Factory"를 방문했다. Job Factory가 PEN 실습기업과도 연계하여 진행되는 취업지원 프로그램으로써 참여 훈련생 80%이상을 취업에 성공시키고 있다. 2013년부터 중국의 인적자원사회노동부 (우리의 고용노동부)가 지원하는 5년 사업으로 현재 전국에 7개의프로그램이 운영되고 있으며 상해에 본부를 두고 있다.

독일, 스위스, 벨기에 등에서 진행되는 취업훈련을 벤치마킹하여 구축된 Job Factory는 Practice Enterprise의 기본 방법론인 Learning by doing과 일맥상통하는 프로그램이다. 실습에 기초하여 참가자의 직무능력 향상 및 취업에 매우 효과적인 프로그램이라고 보여지며 현재 실습기업(PE)의 전 단계로 프로그램이 진행하고 있다. 

보통 19-30세의 구직자를 대상으로 하는 교육지원프로그램이며 구직자가 스스로 취업지원센터를 가상으로 운영하는 형태다. 취업하고자 하는 희망 기업 조사부터 이력서 관리, 교육/훈련 활동 등을 역할을 나누어서 참가자가 직접 경험하고 있다. 참가자 간에는 서로의 취업을 도와주는 활동을 하고 있기에 스스로 자긍심을 유지하는데 도움이 되고 있다.  

In September 2016, CEO of KoreaPEN visited the so-called "Job Factory" in Shanghai. Job Factory is a vocational training program that is linked to Practice Enterprise(PE). More than 80% of the trainees have been successfully employed. Since 2013, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs of China (our Ministry of Employment and Labor) has been sponsoring this 5 year project. Currently, there are 7 trainning centers nationwide with a headquarter in Shanghai.

Job Factory, which has benchmarked vocational training programs runinig in Germany, Switzerland and Belgium, is a program in line with Learning by doing which is the basic methodology of Practice Enterprise. Upon the satisfied participants and competitive results, it is considered to be a very effective program for improving the competence of the jobless and increasing employment rate. The trainees are going through Practice Enterprises after 3 to 4 month training in Job Factory. It is an educational support program for job seekers who are usually aged between 19 and 30. Job seekers operate a virtual employment support center by themselves. Participants experience the work and activites of a recruiting firm from job survey to resume management and education/training for themselves. The jobless who are likely to get emotional and depressed can maintain their own self-esteem since they are motivated and comforted by each other through helping each other's employment.
